With Disney’s Memory Maker, you can capture all of your memories with Disney PhotoPass photographers throughout your trip and then download, and even enhance, the photos after you return home. Memory Maker includes photos taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers throughout the park as well as at select attractions and dining locations. Memory Maker links attraction photos automatically now, making it easier than ever to bring those memories home!
If you wear an active MagicBand on participating Walt Disney World Resort attractions, your photos will be automatically linked with your My Disney Experience account. You don’t have scan your band or do anything! All attraction photos that have been taken within the last 45 days will appear in your account. Don’t forget that all Disney PhotoPass pictures and videos expire 45 days after they were taken.
Even if you don’t have a Magic Band, you can still link your attraction photos with your account easier than ever before. There are new touch points available at participating attractions. You can simply find your picture on the preview wall and touch your park ticket or Memory Maker card to the touch point.
As a reminder, attraction photos are available at the following attractions:
- Magic Kingdom- Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin®, Space Mountain®, and Splash Mountain®
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios® – Rock ‘n Roller Coaster® Staring Aerosmith and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™
- Epcot® – Test Track® Presented by Chevrolet
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom® – Dinosaur and Expedition Everest®
This new technology also automatically links attraction videos to your My Disney Experience account when you are wearing an active Magic Band. Attraction videos are available for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.
All Guests are able to have animated magic shots automatically associated to their accounts, too. Animated magic shots are special videos that appear in your account after having your photo taken by a Disney PhotoPass photographer in select locations. They feature a still photo of the travel party overlaid with a video appearance by an animated character.
Even if you didn’t purchase Memory Maker, you can still view your attraction photos and videos, but Memory Maker is required to download them.
