The holiday season at the Walt Disney World Resort truly makes the parks and resorts more magical than ever. From Cinderella Castle being covered in glittering ice to a life size gingerbread house, there are festivities that you won’t find anywhere else. One of the great holiday events at Epcot is Holiday Around the World. Disney is always enhancing and updating their experiences and the holiday season is no different. There are three New Experiences at Holiday Around the World in Epcot for 2014. These new experiences will be found in the Mexico, Morocco, and China pavilions accompanied by our favorite annual events such as visiting with Santa and Mrs. Claus, the Canadian Holiday Voyageurs, and Joyful! A Gospel Celebration of the Season.

You can enjoy the songs and traditions of “Fiesta de Navidad” in the Mexico pavilion. There are colorful dancers and mariachis who celebrate the holiday traditions of Mexico through an interactive, musical performance.

Over at the Morocco pavilion, a storyteller invites guests to join her on a journey to experience the joy of festivals, holiday traditions, and celebrations that are like the “spice of life” across Morocco.

Then, head over to the China pavilion bursting to life with the vibrant Chinese Lion Dance, which brings good fortune and happiness to all in honor of major holidays such as the Lunar New Year and Lantern Festival.

Holidays Around the World can be enjoyed at Epcot through December 29, 2014. Are you visiting this year?
